About Key Group
Our History
Key Group was founded in 1982 by a group of women aiming to enhance business opportunities and provide support through referrals, leads, and networking. At the time, traditional “leads groups” existed for men, but there were no similar opportunities for women in business. Key Group was the first grassroots business organization for women, created more than 40 years ago.
Today, Key Group nominates and values women who are in an executive or top leadership position in their business and are considered exceptional in their field. We have a rich history of developing friendships and goodwill within our community of high-achieving women.
